Patch Trading Policy
Effective August 1, 2009, EPD Shoulder Patches are no longer sold to anyone but law enforcement agencies. Requests for patches should be made on a law enforcement agency's letterhead stationery.

Send written requests along with a check or money order in the amount of $6.00 made out to the City of Emporia Police Department and self-addressed, stamped envelope addressed to the law enforcement agency to:
